General Description
The purpose of this position is to be responsible for all white gloves planning. This candidate
must have excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive
client relations. This candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced and
dynamic environment. This candidate must be a team player to ensure good working
cooperation between the different Business units locally and regionally.
The primary responsibility is to ensure that Land is planning and monitoring the schedule for the
White Gloves team. The candidate is expected to understand the process of the White Gloves
team and maintain communication with them.
Specific Accountabilities
White Gloves Operations
. Using our system to plan and organize the daily schedule for the White Gloves team.
. Actively track the team's progress and address any issues as they arise.
. Communication: Maintain open and clear communication channels with the White Gloves
team and provide them with the support they need
. Deliver accurate and timely milestone reports to the Control Tower
. Assist the team in achieving and maintaining committed performance metrics (KPIs)
Skills Required
. Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
. Good mix of business and systems knowledge
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English) fluency
in other Asian languages a plus
. Team player with a good working attitude and the ability to learn quickly
. Keen eye for process improvement
