• Assess clients conditions and recommend appropriate massage therapy or wellness plans.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Provide professional advice on general health and lifestyle improvement from a TCM wellness perspective.
• Support clinic operations including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and treatment records.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and safety during all treatments.
