Operating across key financial centres, the firm provides infrastructure that enables trading, wealth management, and embedded finance solutions for brokers, digital banks, and fintech platforms.

With strong institutional backing and an expanding global footprint, the company is focused on driving adoption of its embedded trading solutions across high-growth markets, particularly in Asia.

Role Overview

As a Fintech Sales Manager Asia, you will lead regional growth for the firm's embedded trading solutions, driving adoption of its API and FIX-based brokerage infrastructure.

This is a front-office, high-impact role focused on originating and closing partnerships with fintech companies, including digital banks, wallets, and neo-brokers. You will work closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to scale the business across Asia.

The role requires a strong hunter mentality, deep fintech connectivity, and a solid understanding of financial products and API-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive adoption of the firm's API-based trading platform
  • Identify, prospect, and engage fintech clients through outbound efforts, network channels, and industry events
  • Build and leverage a strong network of fintech decision-makers across Asia
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from origination to deal closure
  • Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions aligned with their business models
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine offerings based on market feedback
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
  • Represent the firm at conferences, events, and client meetings across the region

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in fintech or financial services sales selling core banking or trading solutions.
  • Established network within the fintech ecosystem (e.g. digital banks, brokers, wallets)
  • Proven hunter profile with strong business development and client acquisition capabilities
  • Good understanding of financial products (e.g. equities, ETFs, fixed income, derivatives) and API/FIX integrations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel across Asia
