Trading Risk, Resources and Strategy Graduate Analyst

Based in Singapore, the role is a graduate position in our Trading Risk, Resources and Strategy (T2RS) team within Global Markets, with a broad focus on three main areas within the wider team:

1. Financial Resources management - Supporting Capital, Balance Sheet and Risk-weighted assets initiatives
2. XVA Trading - Supporting the team in pricing of derivatives at origination
3. Trading Risk Strategy / Counterparty Credit Risk - Supporting the first line of defense in monitoring and defining of market risk and counterparty risk limits (including stress test)

The T2RS team is the ideal team for any Graduates who know they want to work in markets environment, but have some flexibility in terms of their preference for a Trading, Structuring, Research, Quant, Business Management or Sales roles, knowing that they will be exposed to all of these roles in varying degrees within the T2RS team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is open and willing to learn across multiple teams and topics in a very short space of time and agile enough to switch between topics and roles as the business need arises. A strong background in statistics and financial modelling is preferred, although a large emphasis will be placed on candidates willingness to collaborate and innovate within the team.
