About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven professional to partner with Trading Leadership to drive group-wide trading strategy, risk coordination, and operating excellence. This role bridges Trading, Risk, Technology, and Product teams to ensure strong strategic alignment and effective execution across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Translate trading and risk strategies into actionable initiatives and track execution progress
- Support build-out and optimization of group trading governance, risk coordination, and operating frameworks
- Drive standardization of trading policies, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration models
- Lead senior stakeholder alignment and cross-functional strategic projects
- Manage critical internal communications and improve decision-making efficiency
- Support organizational design, operating model improvements, and team scaling initiatives
- Provide independent review and strategic recommendations on trading management practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience combining trading exposure with strategy or project management
- Strong understanding of trading desk operations and risk frameworks
- Experience in financial institutions or consulting firms preferred
- Experience in building teams, systems, or frameworks from 0-1 is a plus
