1. Position Summary

The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing day‑to‑day operational activities of the Singapore entity, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and local requirements.

This role focuses on hands‑on operational execution, cross‑department coordination, and process support.

2. Key Responsibilities2.1 Daily Operations Execution
  • Perform daily operational tasks in accordance with established procedures
  • Prepare, review, and maintain operational documents and records
  • Support transaction processing and operational follow‑ups
  • Monitor task completion and promptly flag issues or delays
2.2 Operational Support & Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Sales/Trading, Logistics, and HR
  • Follow up on outstanding operational matters and unresolved items
  • Support smooth business operations through effective communication
2.3 Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure operational activities comply with company policies and internal controls
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Assist in internal and external audit preparation and inquiries
2.4 Finance & Closing Support
  • Support Finance team with operational inputs related to billing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly and year‑end closing activities
  • Track outstanding operational items impacting financial closing
2.5 Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies or control gaps in operational processes
  • Propose practical improvements to SOPs and workflows
  • Support implementation of process changes and system enhancements
3. QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields
  • Min 3 years of relevant operations or administrative experience
  • Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment
  • Strong attention to detail and execution capability
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
Preferred
  • Experience in operations, finance support, trading support, or logistics support
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or structured operational processes
  • Experience working with overseas headquarters or regional offices
