Our client is a Trading MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Contract Analyst to be part of their Contract team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Town - easily accessible.
The Duties of Contract Analyst:
- Review, draft, negotiate, and issue sale and purchase contracts to support the company's trading operations.
- Ensure all contracts comply with corporate policies, signatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Assess contractual terms to safeguard the company's legal and commercial interests, manage risks, and enhance commercial outcomes.
- Oversee contract administration and maintain adherence to established documentation and process standards.
- Provide regular updates to the Legal team on contract progress, key issues, and risk escalations, and support other contract-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in Law or other business-related field
- 3 years of experience in handling trading contracts
