JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and manage sales activities within the Steel Department.

• Oversee trading functions in the Steel Department, including sales and marketing activities.

• Manage existing customer accounts and actively develop new accounts for steel-related products.

• Coordinate and correspond with clients, overseas offices, and headquarters on daily operational matters.

• Manage order processing and coordinate logistics arrangements as required.

• Monitor and manage customer credit risk as well as stock inventory levels.

• Ensure all logistics and delivery activities are effectively planned and well coordinated.

• Ensure all receivable and payable transactions are processed in a timely manner.

• Host and attend to overseas guests and customers, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

• Travel within the Asia-Pacific region to meet and visit customers and suppliers as required.
