We are looking for a fresh or recent graduate to join our ETF desk.

You will get exposure to:

• Live market-making operations across a growing ETF book
• Index methodology and fund research
• Due diligence on new market-making mandates
• Direct interaction with exchanges, issuers, and institutional counterparties

We are looking for:

• Fresh or recent grad in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
• Genuinely curious about market structure and ETF mechanics
• Sharp attention to detail - you'll be the person who catches the blank clause in a 50-page agreement
• A self-starter who wants real responsibility early, not a rotational program

This is a small, entrepreneurial desk - you'll be trusted with real work from day one, not just watching from the sidelines.
