What We're Looking For
Experienced Prop Traders
- Active Trading Background: Minimum 5+ years in prop trading, USA Equities, forex, crypto
- Proven Track Record: Consistent profitability and risk management skills
- Platform Agnostic: Experience across multiple trading platforms (cTrader, MetaTrader, TradingView, etc.)
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical analysis, market psychology, and trading strategies
Your role and responsibilities:
- Develop trading strategies around market-making, on spot markets
- Conduct research to identify potential trading opportunities on centralized & decentralized exchanges
- Collaborate with other teams to develop execution strategies
- Define optimal liquidity to provide clients with
- Manage day-to-day crypto operations (fund movements, transaction processing, reconciliations, settlements, loan tracking, account opening, P&L calculation, position management, etc.)
Requirements
Background and experience:
- University degree (MSc or PhD preferred) in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field
- 3-4 years of working experience
- Prior experience in trading within a global financial trading firm is mandatory
- Prior experience working with Market Making is preferred
- Strong understanding of decentralized exchanges and decentralized finance
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency concepts such as wallets, blockchains, smart contracts and stablecoins required
