US SHIFT Trade Support Specialist

Are you an experienced Operations professional who thrives in fast-paced global markets Join a dynamic investment operations team supporting portfolio managers and traders across multiple asset classes.
Responsibilities
As part of the Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth end-to-end trade lifecycle management:
- Accurately and timely booking of trades across Fixed Income, Equities, FX and other asset classes
- Manage the full trade lifecycle including confirmations, settlements, fixings, maturities, expiries and corporate actions
- Perform trade and position reconciliations across internal systems, broker statements and fund administrator records
- Produce operational and management reports for Front Office and senior stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact to resolve queries from internal teams and external counterparties efficiently
Requirements
- 47 years of hands-on operations experience covering end-to-end trade lifecycle management
- Strong product knowledge in Fixed Income, Equities and/or OTC derivatives
- Background in a bank, hedge fund, asset manager or fund administrator preferred
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical and proactive problem-solver
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team
- Able to manage tight deadlines, shifting priorities and a high-pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong technical skills; Excel proficiency required (VBA is a plus)
