We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Operations Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of Letters of Credit (LCs) from issuance to completion
- Engage with off-takers to coordinate relevant and supporting documents
- Maintain proper records and support ongoing reporting requirements
- Liaising with counterparties and overseas offices for account reconciliation
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to commodity trade.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, preferably within the commodity trading or banking industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly meticulous, analytical and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
