A global quantitative trading firm is seeking an Operations Associate (1 year contract) to support its capital market trading activities.
This role supports global capital markets trading operations, focusing on daily reconciliation of positions and cash, PnL monitoring and reporting, and resolving operational queries from trading desks and counterparties. The position also involves process improvement, operational reporting, and collaboration with trading and support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and minimize operational risk.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of capital markets experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple operational tasks.
