Job description
A global quantitative trading firm is seeking an Operations Associate to support its digital assets trading activities. This role focuses on ensuring highquality operational execution, accurate reconciliation, and smooth coordination across trading and support teams during weekend market hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational workflows across global crypto markets, including account maintenance, collateral and position management, and reconciliation of digital assets across exchanges.
- Perform daily position and cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and minimizing operational risk.
- Monitor and prepare daily PnL reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve queries from trading desks, internal teams, and external counterparties.
- Produce business intelligence reports to support management visibility.
- Document procedures and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve existing operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline CFA is a plus.
- 3-5+ years experience in capital markets or trade support. Crypto operations experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional statements).
- Experience with workflow tools such as JIRA.
- Resourceful, detailoriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
