Summary
The Trade Management team, part of the Investment Operations department, oversees the full trade lifecycle in Asia. Work across a wide range of products-equities, fixed income, currencies, derivatives, and alternatives-partnering closely with traders, portfolio managers, and global operations teams. Candidate will be gaining hands-on exposure to complex markets while helping ensure smooth trade execution and risk management.
Your Role
As a Junior Analyst, you will:
- Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including confirmations and settlements.
- Assist with industry and regulatory requirements related to trade processing.
- Provide day-to-day support to trading desks, handling queries and business initiatives.
- Help identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency projects.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, brokers, custodians, and vendors.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in Operations or Middle Office within financial services or accounting, risk management operations experiences
- Exposure to trade management in products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Futures, or IRS is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a risk-aware approach.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
