Trade Operation Executive (Finance)

Responsible for managing receivables and payables for physical product trades, including handling Letters of Credit, reviewing trade contracts, coordinating with operations, and ensuring accurate trade data for month-end closing. Also supports treasury with cash flow planning and performs adhoc duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage trade-related receivables and payables
• Handle issuance and negotiation of Import/Export LCs
• Review trade contracts
• Coordinate with operations on shipment and trade details
• Process payments for cargo and related expenses
• Update trade data for monthly closing
• Support treasury with cash flow info
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Maritime Studies, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in trade finance
• Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit
• Able to work under tight deadlines

Salary : S$5,000.00 - S$8,000.00
