Trade Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full trade lifecycle for physical sugar contracts, including bulk, breakbulk, container, and truck shipments.
• Manage contract splitting and coordinate shipment planning across multiple origins.
• Coordinate nominations, logistics arrangements, and preparation of shipping documentation.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and settlement follow-up.
• Handle claims and settlements, including laytime, demurrage, and pricing adjustments.
• Work closely with traders, logistics, finance teams, and external counterparties to ensure seamless trade execution.
• Ensure all transactions are executed in line with internal risk parameters, policies, and compliance requirements.
