Job Description

This position reports to the managing director and interfaces with managers and HR staff. J2 CONSULTANT PTE. Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

  1. Coordination and management of daily operational activities related to job scheduling of installation, servicing, and maintenance work of commercial kitchen equipment
  2. Assisting in procurement processes including sourcing equipment, spare parts, and materials required for operational projects
  3. Supporting inventory management such as monitoring stock levels, ensuring availability of necessary equipment and spare parts
  4. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required and coordinate with vendors for job arrangement
  5. Assisting in the preparation of quotations, job costing, and documentation related to service projects
  6. Preparing and issuing invoices based on completed service jobs and monitoring outstanding customer payments
  7. Planning and scheduling of technicians and service personnel
  8. Liaising with customers to understand service requirements and coordinating operational arrangements
  9. Monitoring operational workflows and service progress to ensure work is completed according to company standards
  10. Troubleshooting operational issues to resolve service-related matters
  11. Maintaining proper documentation including service reports, job completion records, and operational logs
  12. Preparing operational updates and reports to support management in monitoring project progress and service performance
