Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Coordination and management of daily operational activities related to job scheduling of installation, servicing, and maintenance work of commercial kitchen equipment
- Assisting in procurement processes including sourcing equipment, spare parts, and materials required for operational projects
- Supporting inventory management such as monitoring stock levels, ensuring availability of necessary equipment and spare parts
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required and coordinate with vendors for job arrangement
- Assisting in the preparation of quotations, job costing, and documentation related to service projects
- Preparing and issuing invoices based on completed service jobs and monitoring outstanding customer payments
- Planning and scheduling of technicians and service personnel
- Liaising with customers to understand service requirements and coordinating operational arrangements
- Monitoring operational workflows and service progress to ensure work is completed according to company standards
- Troubleshooting operational issues to resolve service-related matters
- Maintaining proper documentation including service reports, job completion records, and operational logs
- Preparing operational updates and reports to support management in monitoring project progress and service performance
