About the Role
As the Trade Marketing Manager for the Retail channel, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market share by building and executing powerful trade marketing strategies. From developing portfolio and pricing strategies, to activating impactful in-store campaigns and trade promotions, you will be at the heart of turning brand vision into shopper engagement. You'll also be leading product launches, promotional programs, and category management initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships, deliver ROI, and bring the company's health-through-nutrition ambition to life. This role involves close collaboration with sales, brand, digital, CRM, merchandising, and scientific communication teams, while also engaging with agencies, trade partners, and regional stakeholders.
