Job Summary
We are looking for adynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the brand presence across online & offline retail touchpoints in Singapore. This role plays a key part in strengthening the customer journey at the frontline by ensuring seamless retail execution, thoughtful trade activations, and brand consistency in every detail. Job Description
A. Trade Marketing
- Plan, coordinate & execute trade marketing initiatives and retail campaigns to support new launches &brand's key bets - including daily operations, animations, consumer events and promotional campaigns - in accordance with brands guidelines across department stores and boutiques.
- Liaise closely with retailer sand internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of campaigns and securing communication.
- Manage production and timely delivery of promotional materials and brand collaterals (e.g,on-counter tools, brochures, etc), tracking of point-of-sale material usage and effectiveness. Monitor inventory of marketing collaterals and liaise with agencies, vendors, partners and suppliers for best price and quality for collaterals planning and executions based on the given budget.
- Monitor and track performance of trade campaigns, collect retail feedback, measure effectiveness and ROI, and compile post-campaign analysis with strategic reviews.
- Managing product creation templates for retailers e-commerce platforms
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on BTL activities (such as promotions, events, and point-of-sale materials).
- Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations in-stores at all times.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring that all POS materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and promotions.
B. E-Commerce Marketing Support
- Support e-commerce campaigns and online launches across key platforms and brand.com.
- Provide CRM support through preparation of relevant customer databases, audience segmentation, and campaign coordination for email/SMS communications.
- Coordinate and provide approved campaign visuals, product assets, key messages, and social media content for posting across e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in updating product listings, promotional banners, campaign mechanics, and digital assets where required.
C. Others
- Stay updated with competitor activities, retail trends, and industry best practices through monitoring of competition initiatives and assist in analyzing and compilation of reports.
- Manage paperwork submission
- Support in ad hoc projects and duties from time to time for the team.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or relatedfield
- Relevant experience in trade marketing or retail marketing, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG industry.
- Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
- Passionate about beauty and retail, with a customer-first mindset.
