Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Trade Marketing & Sales Executive to support FMCG marketing initiatives with a strong focus on retail execution and in-store visibility. This role will also manage a portfolio of small key accounts, ensuring smooth sales operations and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with sales, merchandising, and external partners to deliver impactful trade campaigns and drive sell-through performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing & Retail Execution

  • Support planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations
  • Coordinate production and rollout of POSMs (e.g., shelf talkers, wobblers, displays)
  • Ensure strong in-store execution, planogram compliance, and product visibility
  • Work closely with sales and merchandising teams to optimise retail presence
  • Conduct store checks to ensure campaign and display standards are met

Key Account Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned small key accounts
  • Coordinate sales orders, stock allocation, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Promoter & Campaign Support

  • Support promoter engagement, training, and campaign briefings
  • Assist in product launches, promotions, and retail activations
  • Ensure promoters are aligned with campaign objectives and brand messaging

Operations & Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, logistics, supply chain) and external vendors
  • Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting and insights
  • Support administrative tasks including budget tracking, documentation, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or FMCG retail environment
  • Strong understanding of retail execution and in-store merchandising
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
