Role : Trade Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing Trade Transactions:
o Handle issuance, amendment, and settlement of Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, and Standby LCs.
o Process Import/Export Bills for Collection, Documentary Credits, and Trust Receipts.
o Manage Inward and Outward Bills for Collection and related documentation.
2. Document Review & Compliance:
o Scrutinize shipping and financial documents for compliance with company policy.
o Ensure timely checking of documents under LCs and collections, and raise discrepancies if any.
o Monitor compliance related to trade transactions.
3. Risk Management & Credit Monitoring:
o Monitor and manage credit lines and limits related to trade transactions.
o Identify and escalate risks or irregularities in trade deals.
o Assist with audits and internal compliance checks.
4. System Operations & Cross-Department Coordination:
o Input and manage trade transactions in internal system
o Generate reports on trade volumes, client activities, and operational metrics.
o Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth processing.
o Work with external parties such as banks, shipping companies, and customs agents when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
. 2-5 years of experience in Trade Finance or Banking Sector
. Good understanding of Banking and Financing terms
. Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
. Experience in market research and business strategies will be a plus
