Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document filing
- Maintain and organize office records, databases, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required
- Handle procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers
- Support basic HR functions such as onboarding coordination and record keeping
- Assist in expense tracking, invoice processing, and simple budgeting tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Meticulous, responsible, and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR or administrative systems
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
