Trade Finance Executive

. Handle full spectrum of trade finance operations, including issuance and negotiation of Letters of Credit (LCs),Standby LCs, Bank Guarantees, and Bills of Exchange.

. Liaise with banks, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely processing of trade finance instruments.

. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all trade documents with UCP 600, ISBP, and other international trade regulations.

. Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring proper reconciliation and follow-up on discrepancies.

. Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to align financial documentation with shipment schedules.

. Prepare reports on trade finance activities, bank facilities utilization, and forecast of funding needs.

. Support internal and external audits related totrade finance and banking transactions.

. Maintain updated knowledge on international trade regulations, sanctions, and banking practices.

Requirements

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade finance operations, preferably in commodities or steel trading.

. Strong knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, Incoterms ,and SWIFT messaging.

. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel experience with ERP systems is a plus.

. Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.

. Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
