Trade Credit Insurance Specialist - Commodity Firm

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade credit insurance strategies aligned with business needs.
• Lead negotiations and execution of insurance contracts with brokers and underwriters.
• Manage policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, and compliance.
• Oversee claims submission, tracking, and resolution in coordination with insurers.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and trading teams to ensure insurance coverage supports commercial activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and stay informed on market developments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on insurance performance and claims status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in trade credit insurance, preferably within commodities or trade finance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with global insurance markets and regulatory frameworks.
