We are partnering with an established agri commodities trading company with a strong global presence in the market. I am seeking a Trade Analyst to join their team and drive operational excellence.
about the job
- Assess and monitor the creditworthiness of new and existing counterparties using a combination of financial statement analysis, credit reports, and market information
- Analyze counterparty financial statements to determine credit risk
- Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring all oleochemical trades are accurately accounted for
- Support the trading desk with basic analysis of the oleochemicals market
- Work closely with traders, operations, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth trade execution and settlement

skills and experience required
- At least 1 year of related experience, with oleochemicals is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis.
- Knowledge of credit risk management principle
- Solid understanding of basic trade accounting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
