Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage trade documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, etc.)
  • Handle communication with overseas clients and suppliers via email and phone
  • Process orders and coordinate shipment schedules
  • Provide general administrative support to the office

Requirements

  • Prior experience in trade administration or a related field preferred (entry-level applicants welcome / experience required - please specify)
  • Proficient in English Korean language ability is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Must be eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporeans / PR / EP holders - please specify)

What We Offer

  • Salary: SGD $3,000 - $4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Near Suntec City (in-office role)
