Sinochem International Oil (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., established in August 1990, is a critical international business plat form for Sinochem Corporation's oil trading activities. Sinochem Corporation is a leading operator in the oil and chemical industry, providing agricultural inputs and modern agricultural services, and has a substantial presence in city operations and non-banking financial services. As an integral part of Sinochem, our Singapore office plays a pivotal role in global oil trading.

Responsibilities:

. Oversee all physical matters related to business transaction.

. Managing general ledgers and daily journal entry.

. In-charge of treasury activities and cashflow forecast.

. Preparation of financial reporting and management reports generation.

. Handle month-end and year-end closing process

. Assist to prepare financial planning, budget and internal analysis.

. Compilation of accounts for ACRA filing purposes.

. Tax computation and filings to IRAS.

. Any other responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

. Minimum 3 year of experience in Accounting/Auditing/Banking& Finance

. CPA, Auditing experience and/or Big 4 background are distinct advantages

. Preferable with full sets of accounts experience

. Detailed, well organized, proficient in MS Excel & Office

. Good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills

. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

. Proficient in English and Mandarin (daily work involves constant communications with headquarter and clients in China)

. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
