We are seeking for a proactive and detail oriented person to join our team on a contract basis. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Product Management teams, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- To support division in maintaining the operational aspects of sales & marketing activities.
- Assist Team leader to consolidate the monthly budget plan with the respective key account managers for budget planning and approval.
- Timely verification & processing of external Sales & Marketing invoices for claims submission.
- Support NPI(New Product Introduction)Product Creation for Channel listing & pricing registration/ updates in system
- Handle NPI(New Product Introduction) Launch, island-wide promotion communication to Channel partners.
- Conduct regular competitor product benchmarking to support business growth
- Any other Ad Hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- 13 years of relevant experience in adminstrative support or marketing coordination.
- Proficient in MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Well-organized, Analytical and attentive to details
- Able to multi-task and immerse in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
