Job Description & Requirements

Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials such as steel, concrete, and construction equipment.

. Follow deployment schedules assigned by site managers or supervisors.

. Conduct daily safety checks on the crane and ensure it's in proper working condition.

. Perform risk assessments of surroundings and loads before lifting operations.

. Maintain the crane in clean and operational condition, reporting any faults or maintenance needs.

. Coordinate with riggers and ground crew to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.

. Interpret load charts and crane signals accurately to avoid overloading o
