Tower Crane Operator

TPS Construction Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our project team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of tower cranes and will work closely with the site lifting team to support daily construction activities.

• Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently according to site requirements and approved lifting plans.

• Conduct daily pre-operation checks and ensure the crane is in safe working condition.

• Coordinate closely with Lifting Supervisors, Signalpersons, Riggers, and site personnel during lifting operations.

• Monitor crane performance and report any faults or maintenance requirements promptly.

• Comply with all company, site, and workplace safety requirements.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Project Manager as required.

• Valid Tower Crane Operator qualification/registration recognised in Singapore.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating Luffing Jib and/or Saddle Jib Tower Cranes.

• Good understanding of lifting plans, lifting procedures, and safe crane operations.

• Strong awareness of workplace safety requirements.

• Good communication and coordination skill
