Job Description

Pinnacle Travel Singapore is a well-established boutique travel agency, located at Peninsula Plaza and trusted since 1996 for delivering personalised travel experiences.

We are looking for a Tour Admin Associate to support our sales and operations team in tour reservations, quotations preparation, group coordination and administrative tasks. This role suits someone who works efficiently, is detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting smooth tour operations in a stable,politic-free environment.

Main Responsibilities:
.. Assist sales team with tour reservations, quotation preparation and group listing
.. Monitor booking deadlines, follow up on confirmations and check booking status
.. Support updates to tour packages itineraries, flyers and related documentation
.. Handle administrative tasks and provide backup support to customer service
.. Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:
.. Fundamental outbound tour working experience
.. Advance hands on in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
.. Able to communicate in Mandarin with suppliers and customers

Office Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : from 9:45am to 6:45pm
Saturday : from 9:30am to 3:00pm with Alternate Saturday Off

Monthly Salary:
Entry Salary : S$ 2,800 to S$ 3,100
Confirmation Salary : Performance-based increment and rewards
