Toolroom Engineer (Mold Manufacturer)

Our client is one of the local market leader in Precision Manufacturing. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Toolroom Engineer, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities of Toolroom Engineer:

• Plan and prioritise departmental projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Troubleshoot machinery and tooling issues, coordinating repairs to minimise downtime
• Coach and support team development, providing guidance on technical challenges
• Oversee inspection and quality control to meet safety standards and operational requirements
• Maintain essential documentation and support decisions on equipment acquisition, replacement, and repairs
• Liaise with external vendors to secure competitive quotes and timely delivery of parts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance toolroom efficiency and standards

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any Engineering related discipline
• Min 1-2 years of experience in mold fabrication
