Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations, including production, manpower allocation
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead and manage plant operators, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of chemicals in accordance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate production reports, incident logs, and operational documentation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce corrective actions where necessary
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or any engineering related
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant environment.
