Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical tooling support to Tooling & Design (T&D) and production to meet technical and quality requirements.
- Lead and support tool design improvements, modifications, and problem-solving to enhance efficiency and output.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and design teams to prioritise schedules and ensure tool readiness.
- Manage tooling resources, supervise toolmakers, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, guide, and counsel tooling team members, acting on behalf of the Principal Engineer when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Precision Engineering or related field.
- Technical qualification in Tool & Die making.
- Strong knowledge of tool design, modification, and production support.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
