Responsibilities
- Develop and configure reconciliation rules, data mappings, and workflows within SmartStream TLM to optimize transaction lifecycle management
- Support daily reconciliation processes by monitoring and resolving exceptions to maintain operational accuracy
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to enhance reconciliation solutions and improve system efficiency
- Lead end-to-end reconciliation development and delivery, ensuring timely and quality implementation
- Manage application migration activities to upgrade or transfer reconciliation systems with minimal disruption
- Diagnose and resolve ongoing production issues to maintain system stability and performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in SmartStream TLM development and configuration
- Knowledge of reconciliation processes and AutoMatch rules
- Strong SQL and Unix/Linux skills applied to data processing and system support
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in technical reconciliation contexts
- Minimum 3 years of experience in TLM or reconciliation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
