We are an established construction subcontractor specializing in HDB BTO projects, Home Improvement Programme (HIP), tiling works, plumbing & sanitary works, and minor sewer works.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tiling Supervisor to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily tiling works on site
- Ensure workmanship and work progress meet project requirements and deadlines
- Manage and coordinate tilers, workers, and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues
- Liaise with main contractors, site personnel, and project teams
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and proper housekeeping
- Monitor material usage and site productivity
Requirements
- Experience in construction site supervision, preferably in HDB projects
- Knowledge in wall and floor tiling works
- Able to read drawings and coordinate site works
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
