Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing food service operations, supporting operational performance, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across assigned sites.

The role includes operational planning, client relationship management, team coordination, compliance monitoring, and continuous process improvement to support business objectives and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food service operations across assigned sites to ensure operational efficiency and service quality
  • Support operational planning, service delivery, and implementation of company operational standards
  • Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
  • Support the development and maintenance of positive client and stakeholder relationships
  • Monitor operational KPIs, reporting requirements, and service standards across assigned operations
  • Assist in operational budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource planning activities
  • Support manpower planning, scheduling, and operational coordination across sites
  • Work closely with internal departments and site management teams to address operational matters and improve workflows
  • Participate in operational meetings, audits, inspections, and business review activities when required
  • Support implementation of workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Provide guidance and support to operational team members to maintain service consistency and operational standards
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management

    Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Food Services, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in food operations, hospitality operations, facilities management, or related operational environments
  • Good organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety, food hygiene, and operational compliance standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
