Core Responsibilities

• Surface Prep: Clean, level, and waterproof floors or walls using cement, plaster, or sand before installation.
• Layout & Measurement: Read blueprints and measure areas to mark grids and align patterns accurately.
• Cutting & Fitting: Shape tiles using hand or power tools to fit around corners, pipes, and fixtures.
• Setting & Grouting: Spread mortar or adhesive, place tiles evenly with correct spacers, and apply grout to joints.
• Safety & Maintenance: Clean excess grout, follow site safety rules, and wear required protective gear
