Role Overview:

We are looking for a TikTok Operator to own and execute MEXC's TikTok content strategy as a top-of-funnel growth channel. This role focuses on creating short-form, high-impact video content that is entertaining, sometimes informative but engaging, and brand-safe while building trust and driving curiosity toward MEXC's products and ecosystem.

The ideal candidate understands TikTok natively, a strong English speaker, follows crypto trends closely, and can balance education, product awareness, entertainment content, and trust messaging without sounding promotional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, produce, and publish multiple TikTok videos per week, ensuring consistent output and quality
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify trends, formats, hooks, and best-performing content styles
• Script and structure videos using short videos
• Appear on camera when appropriate to build credibility, trust, and authority, while also producing effective no-camera and screen-based content
• Film vertical video content following strict technical and quality guidelines
• Write compelling TikTok captions using a various hooks and call-to-actions with relevant, non-spammy hashtags
• Monitor performance metrics such as watch time, saves, shares, and comments
• Engage with the community by replying to comments and identifying high-potential engagement opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align messaging and priorities
