Ticketing and Operations Officer

Job Description

• Ticketing for Corporate Clients
• Making reservations/fare quotations/hotel booking
• Visa application, purchasing travel insurance
• Group Booking for Corporate Clients via airline system
• Refund process
• Answering telephone call
• Duty for emergency service
• Assisting for all Corporate operations
• Assist operations team with relevant task preparation of sales kit, check system on available flight seats, data entry, prepare FIT itinerary
• Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements

• GCE N levels / O levels
• PC knowledge
• Good ticketing knowledge
• Sabre knowledge
• Minimum 1-2 years experience
