Lead end-to-end delivery of middleware and integration solutions across enterprise environments
Design and implement scalable architecture for application integration, messaging, and API management
Oversee application support services including incident resolution, problem management, and continuous improvement
Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and containerized environments
Manage and mentor technical teams across development, support, and infrastructure domains
Ensure seamless integration of multiple enterprise systems using modern messaging and middleware technologies
Govern API lifecycle management, access control, and performance optimization
Establish and enhance DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and automation frameworks
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align solutions with business objectives
Lead infrastructure transformation programs including data center migrations and platform upgrades
Ensure adherence to security standards, including identity management, encryption, and vulnerability management
Monitor system health, performance, and reliability using observability and monitoring tools
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, optimization, and cost efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of strong experience in middleware platforms and enterprise integration frameworks with strong hands-on technical solution design and deployment experience in TIBCO environments and TIBCO suite (BusinessWorks, EMS, Spotfire, Hawk).
Subject Matter Expert level technical experience in messaging systems such as TIBCO EMS, Kafka, etc and API management solutions, with strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration.
Experience in Middleware solutions like TIBCO, Datapower
Experience in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline implementation
Experience with scripting and programming languages for automation and integration
Hands on experience in database systems and data integration techniques
Experience in operating systems including Linux, Unix, and Windows
Experience in infrastructure transformation and migration programs
Strong experience in identity and access management, SSO, and secure communication protocols
Experience in cybersecurity practices, monitoring, and compliance frameworks
Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams across multiple functions
Experience managing service delivery, SLAs, and customer engagements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in project/program management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
