What you will do:
- Warmly welcome and seat guests
- Take orders accurately
- Brew well-balanced cups of coffee
- Prepare guests orders
- Serve food and drinks
- Provide excellent customer service and manage customer expectations well
- Communicate effectively and work well with team members
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness of operational areas to ensure customer comfort
- Manage stock inventory
- Assist with kitchen prep
- Conduct other tasks where required
What you need:
- Positive and reliable individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Has excellent command in English
- Able to read body language well
- Good at communicate effectively and efficiently with the team and customers
- Works well within the team
- Eager to learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated
- Happy to work on weekends and public holidays: 5-6 days a week/48-52 hours a week
