My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join them as a Global Procurement / Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst, based in Singapore. This role plays a key part in managing third-party risks across the full lifecycle of vendor relationships. You'll help ensure their outsourcing activities meet regulatory standards while supporting risk mitigation and operational resilience across the region including cybersecurity, operational disruption and financial instability.
In addition, support the design, oversight and execution of outsourcing governance. Design systematic workflows, drive process improvement and uphold the highest standard of data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop low-code/no-code solutions to streamline regional outsourcing workflows
- Support risk assessments and due diligence for third-party engagements
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the outsourcing governance framework
- Monitor risk mitigation efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate TPRM governance forums and provide ad hoc support to cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 25 years of relevant experience in risk, procurement, or governance roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
