Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in delivering rehabilitation exercises and treatment plans to patients
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and basic therapeutic activities
• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Monitor and report patient progress or changes to therapists
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling and documentation

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Empathy and patient care attitude
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
