TEXTILE DESIGNER

Job Description:

The Textile Designer creates and develops fabric designs and patterns for use in garments, home textiles, or industrial fabrics. The role involves researching trends, developing concepts, selecting colors and materials, and producing digital or hand-drawn designs that meet market and production requirements. Works closely with the production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in textile or surface design.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or textile CAD software.
• Good understanding of fabric types, weaves, prints, and color theory.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and production teams.
