Testing Engineer

As a Testing Assistant Engineer at U Connections Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's electrical and electronic engineering projects. In this full-time position based in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, set up, and execute test plans and procedures for electrical and/or mechanical components and systems.

2. Perform hands-on testing, including electrical measurements, functional validation, and environmental testing.

3. Record and analyse test data, identify failures, and provide feedback to the engineering and design teams.

4. Maintain and troubleshoot test fixtures, jigs, instruments, and automated test setups.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, QA) to resolve issues during development and mass production.

6. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures.

7. Prepare detailed test reports, documentation, and summaries for internal use and customer communication.

8. Assist in the development of test SOPs and quality standards for new products.
