The Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager shall have a relevant engineering degree or certification recognised by PEB Singapore.
Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager shall have at least 5 years of handson experience in commissioning and operation of waste incineration projects or equivalent waste management facilities.
The Testing & Commissioning (T&C) shall be familiar with testing and commissioning procedures required for design and construction of waste management facilities, including quality testing requirements of local authorities such as Enterprise Singapore (formerly SPRING Singapore).
