Your impact
We are seeking a highly experienced Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Lead/Manager to oversee the testing and commissioning activities for used water treatment facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on site experience in complex process systems.This is a site-based position requiring close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all testing and commissioning activities from planning through execution
- Liaise and coordinate with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated system performance
- Review and validate commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules
- Drive proactive planning and preparation of T&C documentation
- Oversee and participate in
- Pre-commissioning activities
- Process commissioning and performance testing
- Arrange, lead, and participate in technical and coordination meetings, including ad-hoc sessions as required
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
Here's what you'll need
To eligible candidate, you shall be possess
- Minimum Degree in Process, Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in testing and commissioning.
- Proven experience in used water / wastewater treatment facilities.
- Strong background in
- Sludge treatment systems
- Co-digestion processes
- Cogeneration systems (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing T&C activities in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
