Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing and validation of products according to work instructions.
- Troubleshoot test failures and support root cause analysis.
- Record test results and prepare reports.
- Assist engineers in maintaining and improving testing processes.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and validation activities.
- Ensure products meet quality and customer requirements before shipment.
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Comply with safety, ESD, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of testing or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with electronics or hardware testing is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
